This past weekend we met up a couple of friends at Triple Voodoo Brewery & Tap Room in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. This is the first time we have been to a local SF brewery. The brewery had a cool industrial vibe, it was clean and slick with some awesome metal chairs. People started to stroll in and fill up the place after lunch, luckily we got there at 12:30 and there was still plenty of open tables.
There were only 6 taps that were available, but it looks like they were in the process of adding more brews. Andrew and I decided to get the flight that included all the beers, 3 ales, 2 IPAs, and a Stout. The beers are reasonably priced ($14 for the flight) and they are very delicious. My favorite one was the Inception Belgian Style Ale and Andrew preferred the King Leopold Stout.
The cool thing about this place is that you can order food and have it delivered or bring your own! We found Long Bridge Pizza a block away and decided to order and bring it to the taproom. The pizza was fresh and baked to perfection!
If you’re SF and close to the area you should definitely check out Voodoo for some beer and don’t forget to bring a snack!
